I am finally getting on here to update. Our appointment went so good. The technician said that everything looked great! Thank you Lord! That's what we were praying for! It didn't take long to know he was a boy! It was so neat to see him...he was just moving all around and stretching his legs, it was so cute! He weighed 11 ounces, which didn't seem like a lot to me but the lady doing the sonogram was very impressed. She told us that he was just SO BIG and that I had better be ready for a big baby! I don't know how she was determining that but that's what she said! I guess because he was measuring about 6 days ahead. But my due date is still the same. She was also really impressed by his thighs! Apparently they are bigger than what she normally sees. His heart rate was at 140, which is what it should be, so that's good! We get to go back at 27 weeks and do a 3D sonogram because Jake wouldn't turn over for her to look at his spine really good. So we are really excited to get some more pictures!

Colby finally got to feel him for the first time the other night. He was moving all around in there and Colby just waited and waited and he finally felt a slight little flutter! I can't wait for that to happen all the time! It's so amazing to think that we're halfway through this journey! It's gone by so fast! Jake Colby Doak will be here before we know it!
Thank you all for your continued prayers throughout this pregnancy. Please keep them coming for us and baby Jake!

Pretty soon the slight flutters won't be so slight anymore! You'll be feeling full blown jabs, kicks, punches, and rolls! I'm so glad you're having a boy for little Bradley to play with!
I know I already left a comment, but that was before the pictuers were up. Oh, what a sweet baby boy! It is the neatest thing having a looking glass into your tummy to see what's going on. I can't wait to see the 3d pictures in a few weeks!
