Wow how time flies!! You're ten months old and we can hardly believe it! You are turning into such a big boy! You make mommy and daddy so happy...I STILL pinch myself just to make sure it's not a dream.
You have the BEST smiles and cutest personality...
You are such a sweet boy. You love to give kisses...it's the most precious thing I've ever seen! You have a book of puppies and kitties and you love to kiss them after we turn each page.
And I think it's safe to say that you like to have the attention! You always have something to "say" or do! And when you're not getting the attention you want you do this fake laugh and it just gets louder and louder the longer you have to wait! You also like to play peek-a-boo. You'll either bury your head in a blanket or cover your face with your hands and then *POP* up real fast! You just love to entertain...but we sure love to watch you, so that's just fine with us!
You have just about figured out the walking thing. The past couple of days you've even taken steps all by yourself. (I mean, ALL by yourself, without holding onto mommy's hand or reaching out and grabbing it before you step.) Everyone who sees you says it will be any day now! We knew you could do it, you've just had to realize it yourself. But we see that you are finding your confidence to do it...you get braver and braver everyday. I have a feeling it will be no time and you'll be walking around everywhere!

Jake you are the best thing in our lives! And even just at ten months old you make me want to be a better person. I'm SO thankful for you! We are looking forward to the holidays and you getting to experience it all for the first time! You are such a joy! We love you!

thanks! jake is so adorable! i love the kissing...mia's really into that too. kissing things in her books and stuff, it's pretty humorous. hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving and hope your grandma is doing well!
