Wednesday Jake got his first haircut. It was getting pretty long in the back so instead of making him walk around with a mullet, we decided to go ahead and have it cut. I realize that we could have definitely done this ourselves, but there is something sort of special about actually taking him into the hairdresser. (And Chris was wanting to do it anyways!) :) He was definitely not thrilled about it, but we got the job done!! I was sad to see the curls go, but he's still just as cute as can be! And Chris did a great job! :)
It's amazing how a haircut can make your baby look like such a big boy...

Ahhhh...what a big boy! He looks adorable! I'm sure Bradley will be 5 before we experience his first haircut at the rate his hair's growing!
Aww! :( Sweet guy! That first haircut can be scary! We had to do the same thing with Kyle. Elijah didn't have a haircut until he was nearly 18 months and still didn't really need it. Kyle, however, was being called a girl EVERYWHERE we went! So, "Aunt" Shasta gave him a cut before they went back to China! Jake is too cute! It is crazy the differences in Kyle and Jake even though they are so close in age! Kyle is taking his time to do EVERYTHING! haha. . which reminds of us of his namesake!
